Not all firmware versions may be supported. Sometimes it needs to be upgraded, sometimes it needs to be downgraded.

Some older devices may bootloop during or after the operation. For these devices, there’s a device recovery option. To do this, open the “Repair” tab and run the “Restore Device (Download Mode)” operation.
